Chintan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and MS (Finance) with deep and growing experience of over a decade in dealing with early stage and matured firms. His in-depth exposure is in Financial Valuation, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory and Valuation Outsourcing space. Chintan is one of the Managing partners and Founding members of ValServe Group.
Based on his expertise, Chintan co-manages the Financial Valuation Advisory and Corporate Finance practice at ValServe Advisors. He leads dedicated accounts in Financial Valuation, Transaction Structuring and Business Growth.
Chintan has completed CFA (USA) and he is charter member of CFA Institute (USA). He has also been awarded Gold and Silver Medal in his CFA program. Chintan is conferred the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and MS (Finance) certification by the ICFAI, Hyderabad, India.
In his current role as part of the Executive team, Chintan supports in providing technical inputs, execution of projects, business development, and strategy implementation. He collaborates in branding of the group and the company.
