Naishal Shah is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He boasts a wealth of experience working in various sectors within the accounting industry, including tax advisory and mergers and acquisitions. Naishal is the Managing and Founding Partner of ValServe Group, and he also co-heads ValServe Advisors, which specializes in corporate advisory services.
Over the course of a decade, Naishal has specialized in transaction advisory services, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, structuring business acquisitions, valuing businesses, and conducting due diligence for industries such as consumer durables, trading, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, power, IT, and auto components.
His expertise also extends to international taxation, implementing Indian GAAP, systems audits, transfer pricing, corporate audits and assessments, and providing tax and regulatory advisory services. Naishal has been recognized as a top achiever in the Chartered Accountant Final and Intermediate examinations, achieving the second rank across India in his final exams conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
In his current position at Valserve Group, Naishal plays a dual role in co-managing and leading transaction advisory services while also providing strategic advice to the company's management on frameworks and methodologies to ensure client success.
