Naishal is a Chartered Accountant and Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has extensive experience of working across the major practicing fields from Tax advisory to M&As. Naishal Shah is Managing and Founding Partner of ValServe group and co-manages ValServe Advisors - the corporate advisory vertical.
In a decade, long experience in Transaction advisory services Naishal has worked in M&As, Structuring of Business Acquisitions, Business Valuations, and Due Diligence for segments such as Consumer Durables, Trading, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Power, IT, and Auto components.
The other areas of his services are International Taxation, Indian GAAP Implementation, Systems Audit, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Audits and Assessments and Tax and Regulatory Advisory. A top merit holder in CA Final and Intermediate level examinations, Naishal was awarded and recognised for his 2nd rank all over India in his CA final examinations conducted by ICAI.
In his present role with Valserve Group, Naishal co-manages and leads Transaction Advisory services besides advising the management in frameworks and methodologies for client success.
